Golden Marvel Of Ukraine provides manning from top to bottom for both deck and engineering:

• Masters;
• All ranks of deck officers;
• DP officers;
• Chief Engineers;
• All ranks of engine officers;
• Electro Engineers / ETO;
• All lower rank crews.

The agency extensive register of qualified and experienced officers, ratings, and shorebased personnel comprises 1400 persons.

The officers and crew are recruited on the basis of their education, competency, international sailing experience, good health and their sailing record.

Our seafarers have all necessary qualification certificates in conformity with the international standards and requirements for deep sea trade - IMO Resolutions A 741 and A788( ISM Code).

All mariners have a specialized maritime education. Officers and Engineers finished either Maritime Colleges (4 years) or Maritime Academies/Institutes (5 years). Ratings graduated from specialized maritime schools (2 years).

When interviewed at Golden Marvel of Ukraine, officers, engineers, and ratings complete a computer generated exam for their rank. Before joining the agency all seafarers are medically examined according to the Convention 1946 ( ILO N 73 ).

The majority of seafarers have already been hired 3-5 times by overseas companies and have got an experience of working in international crew.

All seamen speak, read and write English fluently.
